During your consultation, we will perform a full movement assessment, revisit goals, and craft your custom plan including exercise and lifestyle to get you moving towards your goals.
You’ll begin with 1-on-1 sessions with a fitness professional to implement your custom plan. These sessions will help you gain the competence and confidence needed to achieve your goals.
Once you’ve developed the confidence and competence to achieve your goals it’s time to do the work. Here our clients enter a small group session that remains fully custom. During this phase, we guide you to the top of your mountain!
